Planned ACCSP Maintenance

Users of ACCSP web applications and mobile APIs including SAFIS, eTrips online and mobile, the Data Warehouse, and APAIS ATA may experience a brief (15-30 minute) disruption of services on Thursday October 31 at 8pm EST.   If you experience problems connecting to ACCSP, try refreshing your browser cache, or restart your PC or mobile device to refresh DNS caches. 

Additional Details

The ACCSP web-application host will be upgraded as part of ongoing security enhancement. We will switch over to a secondary system for about a month.  ACCSP database servers and direct database connections will NOT be affected.

We will send out another notification when we’re ready to switch back to our primary web-application host.
